The Mango Power E can be used to provide backup power for your home in the event of a power outage. With a capacity of 3.5kWh, the Mango Power E can easily power your home for up to 12 hours, including large power-consuming appliances such as heaters, dryers, water pumps, and more.

The Mango Power E Uses A Best-In-Class CATL LFP Brand Battery

These are the same batteries used in Mercedes Benz, Tesla, and BMW automobiles. Essentially, Mango Power has a mini EV car battery in it!

CATL LFP batteries are far and away safer and more reliable than traditional NCM batteries. In thermal runaway tests where batteries are pushed to their limits, NCM batteries generate up to six times (6x) more heat than LFP batteries. They are more likely to spark and catch fire. By comparison, CATL LFP batteries give off a slight wisp of smoke before cooling back down

Do all the AC ports support 3000W output?

For the US version, the 30A AC port supports maximum 3000W output. Each 20A AC port supports maximum 2400W output.

How many solar panels can I use at the same time?

It depends on the combined voltage and current of the solar panels. It can work if the solar panels use MC4 connectors and their combined voltage and current are within 60-150 volts and under 20 amps. The Mango Power E supports maximum 2000W solar power input.

Can I run a 240V device on the 120V US version?

Yes. You need 2 Mango Power E units and one accessory mSocket Pro. Connect the Mango Power E units to the mSocket Pro and turn on the 240V features in the touch screen or App.

How many Mango Power E Battery units can connect with Mango Power E?

You can connect one extra battery with each Mango Power E.

Can Mango Power E be remotely controlled by the app?

Yes. Once connected via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, the Mango Power App will enable you to control the Mango Power E remotely, like switching the operating mode and upgrading the firmware.

Can the Mango Power E Expansion Battery be remotely controlled by the app?

Unfortunately, the battery cannot be controlled by the app on its own. When the battery is connected the Mango Power E, you can see the capacity is added to the system, but the battery cannot be controlled independently. It's possible to turn the output on and off (but not the system).
