At Outbound Power, we believe in making your shopping experience as stress-free as possible. That's why we offer the most generous return policy in the industry.

30-Day Free Returns - No Questions Asked!

  • All eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Everything in our store is eligible to be returned except for excluded items (see below under "Exclusions").
  • Absolutely zero restocking fees.
  • Absolutely zero return shipping fees.
  • Absolutely zero hassle!

How to Return an Item

  1. Log into your account on our website.
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Follow the prompts to complete your return request.

Don't have an account? No problem! You can create one to start your return.

What You Need to Know

  • Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.
  • Some exclusions apply (see below).
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exclusions

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Firman Power Equipment products.
  • Select products shipped via freight.
  • Power equipment that has been oiled or gassed (due to shipping regulations).
  • Any product that is not in its original condition.
  • Any product that is not returned in its original packaging (due to shipping regulations).
  • Returns for the purpose of price matching.

Exchanges

Need a different power solution? Here is the fastest way to get what you need:

  1. Return the original item.
  2. Place a new order for the desired item.

Once we receive your original item we will immediately process your refund.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations requests must be submitted to our customer service team during business hours.
  • There is no cost to cancel your order.
  • Once orders are processed with the fulfillment location, we can attempt to cancel the order but requests cannot be guaranteed.
  • Cancellations are not possible once the order has shipped.
  • Refunds are issued to the original purchase method.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Note any package damage when signing for delivery. If possible, decline the delivery.
  2. If the delivery is accepted, then send photos of the damage to returns@outboundpower.com with your order number in the subject line.
  3. We'll handle the shipment of the replacement item for you.
