There is a lot to I need to learn about solar power but so far so good with this power station. I do like the Ecoflow app and the delta 3 ultra plus. It is an impressive unit. This unit manageable. I really wanted the Ecoflow delta pro 3 but was afraid of the extra weight. As heavy as it is with the wheels I would still consider it portable as necessary. I am pleased to have found Outbound Power. They also had the best price on the unit. Delivery by Fed Ex went smoothly.

The 100W solar panel works great with my Explorer 1000. It keeps my portable fridge charged and plenty of juice for a lot of other things. It’s compact enough and easy to carry.

Initial review: great product very sturdy and the doors coming off on both sides is a great touch unfortunately I think I would've preferred the next step up in size but honestly couldn't be happier.

I had high hopes for this company only to be disappointed by unacceptable results. That said Ecoflow also contributed to this failure of support and quality probably more so. First the pro’s 1.Outbound power had the best price I could find for the Delta Pro 3. 2. When calling in for support the representative was very friendly. The Problems…. Buckle up. 1. When I received the Delta Pro 3 from Ecoflow the box was extremely damaged and dirty inside and out. Once unpacking the unit the unit also was very dirty and dust lay thick inside the packaging. The peel off sticker on the screen was torn like it had been removed and put back on. I’m not sure if I can upload pictures in this review. Furthermore the bundle I purchased was missing the Solar cable extensions . I sent pictures to Outboundpower and ecoflow. Outbound said they would pass along the condition of the unit and request the missing cables. Ecoflow responded saying the unit was most likely damaged and they could set up a return. They denied I should even receive the cables in the order , so I sent them the screenshot of my order showing I was cheated out of this at the time of this review the cables . Outbound also replied and said according to ecoflow the unit was most likely damaged And attached a return label. I am an ederly man, my wife an I had cleaned the unit up and saw no physical damage earlier that week and it powered on fine. We carried the very heavy unit down steep stairs to our basement to function as a power back up for our sump pump. We both were slightly injured doing so, her back and my thigh(pulled muscle). The last thing I want is to try and now carry that UP the stairs and pack into an already damaged box(came that way). The unit has a 5 year warranty and I tested it for about 10 minutes running my sump pump, so at this time I don’t plan on returning it. If I find it is physically damaged I will have to pay someone to carry it upstairs for us and pack it. Outbound has been slow to respond after initially responding within 24 hours. I’m still waiting on who’s responsible for the missing items in my order and Ecoflow or Outbound . I will add that Ecoflow has terrible support and it’s well documented if you search the web or YouTube for reviews. I plan doing a YouTube video of my experience which will add much more details of this ordeal to date . I’m not sure if it will be one video or 2. I plan on reviewing both companies with many more details about my experience on my channel. To be fair Outbound seems to only be the middle man here and to date haven’t fixed the issues, maybe because ecoflow is the shipper and has all the power? The unit itself I have researched in great depth and if mine isn’t damaged I see it fitting my needs. It looks nice, well it did after we spent 30 minutes whipping all the dirt and dust off it. The UPS feature in the 10 minutes I had it in worked well starting my pump after I had unplugged it from the grid. A more detailed review will be left on my YouTube channel if I decide to risk keeping this unit. I really like to support small companies and I wish OUTBOUNDPOWER much success, but sadly after my experience I most likely won’t be a return customer. If things change I will try to update this review and if allowed leave a video link to my reviews on my channel UPDATE: Outboundpower.com and their Rep “Jam” spent many hours on correcting this issue. I eventually ended up returning the original unit, at many problems with FedEx. I got a replacement unit that looks good to date. Outbound power also sent me a carport hook up instead of the solar cable since it was out of stock, which is OK by me. Due to their tireless effort to make this right and FedEx being the main issue I am updating this review from two stars 5. if I could read FedEx in EcoFlow, this reading would be a little lower. But since outboundpower.com didn’t damage the unit, it was FedEx. I will say working with a small company did feel like they could devote time to me unlike the larger websites. I would purchase from them again with what I know at this time.

I just received my Pecron 3600 package yesterday. I am a total novice to the whole solar generator thing and now have my work cut out for me. I think that I did my homework on this unit and this package and I hope all goes as expected. More importantly I at this point I really wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU TO Bill at Outbound Power and His Staff. They made this purchase painless and a pleasure. Their customer service is top notch and their shipping extremely fast. They followed up on the whole process from start to finish. Also in doing my due diligence I found their prices to be better that any other seller out there it makes me feel confident that if I need any help or if I have any issues Bill and his staff will be there for me. Everything is okay got it within 3 4 days.. Price was right. I'll be getting the sts later. Only thing that was different tax wasn't taken out

So far, it's been working flawlessly with my EcoFlow Delta 3 Plus
It doesn't seem to work well with my EcoFlow River 2 Pro; for some reason, I had to restart the Charger. Every time I tried to charge my River 2 Pro, eventually it wouldn't charge. There is a good possibility I did something wrong in the settings. I didn't buy it to Charger for the River 2 Pro anyway, so no big deal to me. So far, after two days, the EcoFlow Delta 3 Plus hasn't had any issues.
