1. The item must be the same manufacturer and model.
2. The item must be brand-new and factory sealed.
3. The price must be in USD.
4. We only price beat the product cost. We do not price adjust for taxes or other charges such as shipping and handling.
5. The store listing the product must be be a legitimate authorized dealer for the brand. Products being offered from unauthorized or foreign websites, such as AliExpress, or otherwise illegitimate businesses, do not qualify.
6. This guarantee does not apply to:
- Special promotions.
- Product add-ons.
- Refurbished products, used items, or open box deals.
- Products sold by membership-only stores (Costco, etc.).
- Products sold on auction sites (eBay, etc.).
