Early Black Friday Price Drop Guarantee
Buy now. If our price drops by Cyber Monday, we'll refund the difference.
- Covers orders placed November 1–26, 2026.
- If the price shown on our product page for the same item drops by 11:59 p.m. Arizona time on Monday, November 30, 2026 (Cyber Monday), we'll refund the difference between what you paid for that item and the lower price. We'll also refund any sales tax charged on that difference.
- The lower price must be for the same brand, model and configuration, and you must be able to buy it at that price on outboundpower.com.
- To claim, email [email protected] by December 3, 2026 with your order number and a link to the product. We'll check the price and refund approved claims to your original payment method within 5 business days.
- If the price drops again before Cyber Monday, just contact us again.
- Cancelled or returned orders don't qualify.
These don't count toward the Price Drop Guarantee:
- Coupon or promo codes, including email and pop-up codes
- Military and first responder (GovX) discounts
- Price Beat quotes
- Bundles and free gifts
- Open-box or clearance items
- Other retailers' prices (see our Price Beat Promise for those)
Free Returns on Eligible Orders Up to $5,000
For orders placed November 1–26, 2026 with a subtotal of $5,000 or less (after discounts, before tax), we'll pay return shipping on any eligible return, even if you just changed your mind.
Free Returns only covers products we can accept for return. We can't accept returns on:
- Cummins, Generac, Firman, DuroMax and DuroStar products
- Select products shipped by freight
- Power equipment that has had oil or fuel added
- Any other item listed under Items That Cannot Be Returned in our Return Policy

- Start your return within 30 days of delivery. Every return must be approved before it ships, and we'll send you a return shipping label.
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all parts, accessories and documentation.
- Orders over $5,000 follow our standard Return Policy.
