Excellent Value and Attentive Customer Service!

I placed my Order for an EcoFlow Delta Pro 3 on the afternoon of December 23, 2025 and noted that I really needed to receive it by December 29, 2025 to qualify for the IRS 30% Tax Credit. CEO Bill Bergeman and his staff made it happen! I followed the Tracking # daily and knew that on-time delivery would be a reality. Kudos!

Cumins tune up kit for 9500

This kit was simple, oil spark plug and air filter. Right off the bat the air filter sent does not fit my generator. So frustrating after waiting a couple weeks to finally get the shipment. I assume the oil is fine, we’ll see if the spark plug is correct?

Great battery, even better experience with Outbound Power

The battery is a great addition to my Ecoflow system, but my experience with Outbound Power was fantastic. The "first" battery arrived extremely damaged by FedEx. I emailed Outbound Power to let them know that the battery was on its way back, and they had a replacement shipped out within 24 hours. I received the replacement battery before the FedEx returned the damaged battery to them.

This was my 2nd major purchase from Outbound Power, and I have complete trust in making major purchases with them in the future.

Works great

I purchased this cable to connect my Ecoflow DPU Ultra inverter with 5 batteries battery, to the 2nd port of my Ecoflow SHP-2, after purchasing a new inverter from Outbound power. (A new inverter, does not come with a dedicated SHP-2 cord) Works as intended with enough reach. Would buy again.

Power bank we didn’t know we needed

We received the Trail as a free gift of the EcoFlow Black Friday promotion. We live in an off-grid cabin, and have a couple small 1 watt fans for moving air - the Trail has been perfect for this use. It has almost as much juice as our much heavier and bulkier Jackery 300. We love it.
