Shipping Policy

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders to the continental United States. Some oversize/overweight products may incur a shipping charge.

Shipping Address Policy

Please ensure the shipping information provided at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for any losses, including missing parcels, package damage, losses as a result of delay, and other losses caused by incorrect shipping information that customers have provided.

A physical address is required. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Please contact us for expedited shipping, or shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.  These options are limited depending on the product.

We do not ship products to American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, or the U.S. Virgin Islands at this time.  We also do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and your payment method is pre-authorized for the purchase.

Shipping Times

All in-stock items are processed in 1-3 business days. From there, we strive to ship as quickly as possible.

The average shipping transit time is 2-5 business days from shipment date.  Shipping transit times vary depending on the product, the size of the order, and your location relative to the shipping warehouse location. We will send tracking information to the e-mail address provided in the order within 24 business hours of the shipment.

The average total shipment time from the date of the order, including order processing and shipping transit time, is between 2-8 business days. Certain products may require additional shipment time due to the nature of the product and if the product requires special freight arrangements.

All delivery times provided by Outbound Power and by the shipping carrier are estimates.  Delivery times are subject to acts of nature and other unforeseen circumstances.  Refunds are not provided due solely to order deliveries outside of the estimated delivery window.

Out of Stock/Backorder Items

If you place an order for something that is not in stock, or is on backorder, our team will reach out to you within 24 business hours of placing your order to determine how you would like to move forward.
