Free Shipping Storewide

  • We offer free shipping on all orders to the continental United States.
  • In rare cases, oversized or overweight products may incur additional shipping charges.

Shipping Address Policy

  • Please ensure the shipping information provided at checkout is accurate.
  • We are not responsible for losses, damages, or delays caused by incorrect shipping information.
  • A physical address is required. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipping Destinations

  • We ship to any location within the continental United States.
  • We do not currently ship to:
    • Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
    • American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, or U.S. Virgin Islands.
    • Any location outside of the United States.

Your Order Confirmation

  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
  • This confirms that we have received your order and your payment method has been pre-authorized.

Shipping Time For Your Order

  • In-stock items are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Average shipping transit time is 2-7 business days from the shipment date.
  • Total shipment time (processing + transit) typically ranges from 2-10 business days.
  • Certain products may require additional time due to their nature or special freight arrangements.
  • Tracking information will be emailed within 24 business hours of shipment.

Delivery Estimates

  • All delivery times provided by Outbound Power and the shipping carriers are estimates.
  • Delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances or acts of nature.
  • Refunds are not provided solely based on deliveries outside the estimated window.

Out of Stock/Backorder Items

  • If an item is out of stock or on backorder, our team will contact you within 24 business hours of your order to discuss how you'd like to proceed.
