Great battery, even better experience with Outbound Power

The battery is a great addition to my Ecoflow system, but my experience with Outbound Power was fantastic. The "first" battery arrived extremely damaged by FedEx. I emailed Outbound Power to let them know that the battery was on its way back, and they had a replacement shipped out within 24 hours. I received the replacement battery before the FedEx returned the damaged battery to them.

This was my 2nd major purchase from Outbound Power, and I have complete trust in making major purchases with them in the future.

Purchased an EcoFlow inverter and two batteries to add to a 2 inverter/10 battery system. The new inverter is working as advertised and batteries are charging and discharging as they should with no issues. The Delta Pro Ultra system is the way to go if you want to go off grid, or just want reliable backup power during power outages.

Perfect lightweight power supply

This was purchased to run a small compressor when our crews are on job sites where running and moving power cords is inconvenient and time consuming. The generator is lightweight and perfect for the task. We're now investing in a second unit.
