The new Delta 3 Plus is a perfect fit for us. The unit is easy to carry and the watt hours will fit nicely for short outages when we want to keep our refrigerator operating The charge rate is amazing very fast, the bluetooth connection is so easy to establish. I just purchased the DPU with one battery. Haven’t received it yet but I want to shine a light on what outstanding customer service and communication I received from Emmanuel and Bill. I initially purchased a different unit that ultimately was not going to work well with what I was trying to accomplish with home backup. Emmanuel was patient and explained thoroughly how to handle the return process so it was seamless. He then helped me with the purchase of the DPU.
