Nothing but good customer service and competitive prices
I enjoyed working working with Bill the owner of Outbound Power. To make a long story short the customer service is outstanding and you can directly speak with the owner and he will call you back too. I did know much of this company, but after some online research I felt the risk of ordering an expensive item was worth it and they had a competitive price for EcoFlow Delta 2 Power Station that I was interested in. Bill answered all my questions and I ordered the item and it shipped quickly with a tracking number and Outbound Power also would send me updates of the progress of the item. Unfortunately for some bad weather in California my shipment was delayed a week, but this was not their fault and it arrived by FedEx with no damage. I will certainly make another purchase from Outbound again when the time comes.

Very loud

The new Delta 3 Plus is a perfect fit for us. The unit is easy to carry and the watt hours will fit nicely for short outages when we want to keep our refrigerator operating The charge rate is amazing very fast, the bluetooth connection is so easy to establish. While its not the largest unit it fit our needs perfectly. Good Job !

I just purchased the DPU with one battery. Haven’t received it yet but I want to shine a light on what outstanding customer service and communication I received from Emmanuel and Bill. I initially purchased a different unit that ultimately was not going to work well with what I was trying to accomplish with home backup. Emmanuel was patient and explained thoroughly how to handle the return process so it was seamless. He then helped me with the purchase of the DPU. In this day and age of poor customer service, it’s a breath of fresh air to deal with such a great company. I will be a return customer for sure!
