This solar panel can directly charge the Mark 2 battery, thanks to the latest MK2 battery's integrated MPPT solar charging function, which allows it to maintain its maximum charging state. It takes about 9 hours to fully charge in good sunlight conditions.
Are the ZERO BREEZE 100W Solar Panels weatherproof?
No, do not place them in the rain, or soak it in water. The ETFE-laminated case is durable enough to extend the life of the solar panel. It is IP65 water-resistant that will protect from water splashing.
Why cannot solar produce 100W power when charging to the Mark 2 or mark 3 Battery?
There are many factors that affect the actual use, such as the intensity of the light and the angle at which you place it. Please try your solar panel in full sunlight and make sure there is no shadow on the panel.
Is it possible to use multiple units to get faster charging?
Yes. The 4 X100W solar panels includes accessories to enable the simultaneous use of multiple solar panels.
Will this work with my portable power station?
The interface is a GX16-4 interface specific to the Mark 2 battery. Only Mark 2 batteries are supported. If it needs to work with your portable power station, you will need to purchase the cable that corresponds to the power station.
Will this solar panel charge through a car's window?
Yes, it can be used through a car window. However, it will decrease the efficiency of the solar panel. It is better to place them in an open space.
Is a charge controller needed?
No. The ZERO BREEZE 100W foldable solar panel does not need the controller to the Mark2 battery, which has integrated MPPT charge management.
Can I install it on the roof?
