What is the battery type of the product?
It's LiFePO4 with the advantages of high temperature resistance, strong safety stability, and better circulation performance.
What is the life expectancy?
It is ratedĀ for 4000 full charge cycles, at that point you will have about 70% of your original capacity, and it will gradually reduce from there. ( it's not to say the battery only has 4000 cycle life span. Among 4000 cycles, the unit can exert its best performance. It would not perform its best after 4000 cycles because of internal wastage.)
What type of solar panel is compatible with the Explorer 2000 Plus?
You can plug in Jackery 80W/100W/200W solar panel to charge the Explorer 2000 Plus.
Does it make noise when charging? What is the noise level?
It has a unique silent charging mode with a maximum noise of up to 30DB (like in a library) and it will take 4.5 hours to fully charge the power station in this mode.
Does it support APP connection to control charging?
Yes, search for āJackeryā in Google Play or Apple Store to install the App. After that, you can register and login.
How long is the standby?
30% of the power stored for 1 year can still be left with 20% or more.
Is it Pure Sine Wave inverter power supply?
Yes, the built-in Battery Management System (BMS) and pure sine wave inverter protects your sensitive devices from damage.
Can I use other brands of solar panels to recharge the Explorer 2000 Plus?
We strongly do not recommend using other solar panel brands to recharge Jackery power station products since we cannot guarantee other brand quality and provide an after-sale service - for instance if damaged through using other company's solar panel brands.
How long is the warranty?

Just completed a 5 day hunting trip with my new Anker Solix C2000 gen 2 and I am so happy I pulled the trigger on this purchase! I ran all camper lights, fan and charged all of my various electronics (phone, iPad, camera batteries, hand warmers, etcā¦..) The power station was so much easier and more convenient than my generator. I intentionally used lights and things more than normal to test battery and only charged it once during the trip. I ordered the combo with the extra battery pack but did not receive the extra battery before my trip. Didnāt need it and donāt think I will need it on my hunting trips unless I decide to run an electric heater. Also got some use out of the power station at home today. We ran out of room to cook everything in the kitchen for our thanksgiving meal so I just hooked up our deep fryer to the power station and problem solved! š Love the C2000 so far, excited to try to use it with a solar panel soon.

Note: the 400w solar panel is way larger, and heavier, than I expected! Probably because I have a smaller one ,but don't know the wattage.
I still have trouble using the solar panel bag as a stand, but it'll be fine.
