A: Please note that the AC output port can only charge/power devices that operate at less than 500-Watt. Once exceeding, the Explorer 500 will shut off automatically. Please refer to your device specification before purchase.

A: Working time = 500Wh* 0.85 / operating power of your device.
For reference, assuming power consumption of your device is 60W (might be a box fan), working time will be 500Wh*0.85/60w=7hrs (rough calculated) .

The new Delta 3 Plus is a perfect fit for us. The unit is easy to carry and the watt hours will fit nicely for short outages when we want to keep our refrigerator operating The charge rate is amazing very fast, the bluetooth connection is so easy to establish. I just purchased the DPU with one battery. Haven’t received it yet but I want to shine a light on what outstanding customer service and communication I received from Emmanuel and Bill. I initially purchased a different unit that ultimately was not going to work well with what I was trying to accomplish with home backup.
