A physical address is required. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and your payment method is pre-authorized for the purchase.
Then, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 2 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Please contact us for expedited shipping, or shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. These options are limited depending on the product.
We do not ship products to American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, or the U.S. Virgin Islands at this time. We also do not ship outside of the United States at this time.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within two business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within three business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@outboundpower.com.
All delivery times provided by Outbound Power or by the shipping carrier are estimates.  Delivery times are subject to acts of nature and other unforeseen circumstances. Refunds are not provided due solely to order deliveries outside of the estimated delivery window.

We strive for a stress-free, hassle-free return process.
In order for the process to take place as smoothly as possible, we ask all customers to observe the following requirements.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means customers have 30 days after the date the item shipped to request a return. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns beyond 30 days after the item shipped.
Most items are easily returned within 30 days of the shipment date. To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@outboundpower.com. If the return is accepted, we will send the customer a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as it was received and in its original packaging.
We may ask for confirmation of certain details as to why an item is being returned for verification or if a warranty request is involved.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge restocking fees.
To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages.
Refunds
Upon the receipt of the return package, the item will be examined and a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address provided during the original purchase.
Refunds are processed as soon as the refund request is approved - that means that the money leaves our account immediately. If a refund has not yet been received, first check the bank account again. Then contact the payment method company as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. We have seen some credit card companies take up to 30 days to show that the refund has been put back on the card.Â
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to order it separately when the return is accepted. Depending on inventory availability, we may be able to initiate a direct order of the exchange product after the original item is returned.
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted up to the point of shipment. If the order has shipped, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds are only issued to the original purchase method.
Damages
The customer must inspect the packaging on arrival. If damage is present, the customer should make note of it when signing for delivery. If the item arrives damaged, the customer must send photos to returns@outboundpower.com and we will process an insurance or warranty claim on the customer's behalf.

Why doesn't my generator run for 60 hours?
The ALP Generator offers a 60-hour run time on a 20 lb. propane tank. Similar to what you see on a barbecue, if you're not getting 60 hours of use, please verify that your tank has a full 20 pounds of propane.
What type of oil should I use with my ALP Generator?
Generally, you can use the same oil you use in your car. Alternatively, a blended or conventional motor oil, such as 10W-30 or 10W-40 weight is recommended. Blended or standard motor oil tends to provide better protection than full synthetic oil for generator parts when the generator is not used for a long period of time. This also helps prevent corrosion and the motor at start-up.

Just as advertized, great generator, it's the real deal
Very satisfied. Provided it continues to be reliably (which it seems it should, it's well made) this is a great product. Power, fuel consumption, noise levels and cleanliness of AC power are all as advertised. We have a mild but growing concern that an increase in unreliable grid power (solar/wind - think "calm night") and the elimination of reliable power sources (nuclear, coal, gas) will logically/eventually result in grid failure (more power being drawn out of the grid than is going in). This generator is for that eventuality. We live in a northern climate, so winter heating is imperative. This can run our pellet stove (135 watts) on 2 gallons of propane per day. We have a 500 gallon tank, so even half empty this generator should provide us with power for heat for 100 days (which we hope is way beyond any future grid problems). Many thanks for providing a quality product at a good price.

A pillar to the support system
Recently purchased a small camping trailer for use in national parks. This unit is the perfect fit for recharging the "House" batteries and small electrical devices. Low noise and no gasoline smell!

Unfortunately haven't used it yet under load but arrived promptly and started right up. I did replace the two upper screws on the access panel to check the oil with thumb screws so you don't need a wrench!

Shipping was slow just got it today . ordered on the 3rd shipped the 6th received the 20th havenât had time even start it yet since it didnât com with oil if I new that I would have had some ready to put in it. But I will update you once I have used it .
Nothing but good customer service and competitive prices
I enjoyed working working with Bill the owner of Outbound Power. To make a long story short the customer service is outstanding and you can directly speak with the owner and he will call you back too. I did know much of this company, but after some online research I felt the risk of ordering an expensive item was worth it and they had a competitive price for EcoFlow Delta 2 Power Station that I was interested in. Bill answered all my questions and I ordered the item and it shipped quickly with a tracking number and Outbound Power also would send me updates of the progress of the item. Unfortunately for some bad weather in California my shipment was delayed a week, but this was not their fault and it arrived by FedEx with no damage. I will certainly make another purchase from Outbound again when the time comes.
