Firman warrants to the original purchaser that the mechanical and electrical components will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year (parts and labor) and three (3) years (parts and technical support) from the original date of purchase 90 days [parts and labor] and 180 days [parts] for commercial; industrial use.
If the product is still under warranty and after technical evaluation the product is determined to be defective as a result of manufacturing, not due to misuse or modification of the product, then Firman will replace the product.

There is a lot to I need to learn about solar power but so far so good with this power station. I do like the Ecoflow app and the delta 3 ultra plus. It is an impressive unit. This unit manageable. I really wanted the Ecoflow delta pro 3 but was afraid of the extra weight. As heavy as it is with the wheels I would still consider it portable as necessary. I am pleased to have found Outbound Power. They also had the best price on the unit. Delivery by Fed Ex went smoothly.

The 100W solar panel works great with my Explorer 1000. It keeps my portable fridge charged and plenty of juice for a lot of other things. It’s compact enough and easy to carry.
