Comments on dust cover
As a homeowner -user, my DuroMax generator will be stored in the garage until needed. The cover will not be exposed to the elements. Additionally, the cover would be better if another inch larger in all directions to accommodate the 40A cable and propane connections which are in place.

The new Delta 3 Plus is a perfect fit for us. The unit is easy to carry and the watt hours will fit nicely for short outages when we want to keep our refrigerator operating The charge rate is amazing very fast, the bluetooth connection is so easy to establish. While its not the largest unit it fit our needs perfectly. Good Job !

I just purchased the DPU with one battery. Haven’t received it yet but I want to shine a light on what outstanding customer service and communication I received from Emmanuel and Bill. I initially purchased a different unit that ultimately was not going to work well with what I was trying to accomplish with home backup. Emmanuel was patient and explained thoroughly how to handle the return process so it was seamless. He then helped me with the purchase of the DPU. In this day and age of poor customer service, it’s a breath of fresh air to deal with such a great company. I will be a return customer for sure!
