I'm an Ecoflow adopter with the Delta Pro 3 setup. I recently saw a good deal on the second battery to complete one full setup. Do to the expense, I drug my feet a little to make sure I was making a solid decision.

While waiting (thinking) for a day or so, I received a call from Outbound. Normally, I'm not a fan of sales if I can be honest but, I took the call based on my past satisfaction with the company. After talking with the nice young lady for a few minutes, I decided to move forward. No pressure or odd sales tactics, I assure you. To my surprise, when I checked out, I had an additional discount added to my already amazing discount. In short, it was worth the journey and the delivery was a day ahead of schedule, no drama in integrating the battery and another happy customer.

I prefer to work with small companies. For several reasons..
Smaller companies rely on every sale, they are more likely to help you get the correct product at the best price.
The real benefit is after the sale. CS and tech support are more likely to be local and not in a call center in India.
They will have better product knowledge and you are more likely to speak to someone who understands how English is spoken in the US.

Anker Solix C2000 gen 2 = GAME CHANGER

Just completed a 5 day hunting trip with my new Anker Solix C2000 gen 2 and I am so happy I pulled the trigger on this purchase! I ran all camper lights, fan and charged all of my various electronics (phone, iPad, camera batteries, hand warmers, etc…..) The power station was so much easier and more convenient than my generator. I intentionally used lights and things more than normal to test battery and only charged it once during the trip. I ordered the combo with the extra battery pack but did not receive the extra battery before my trip. Didn’t need it and don’t think I will need it on my hunting trips unless I decide to run an electric heater. Also got some use out of the power station at home today. We ran out of room to cook everything in the kitchen for our thanksgiving meal so I just hooked up our deep fryer to the power station and problem solved! 😁 Love the C2000 so far, excited to try to use it with a solar panel soon.

Box was banged up , but no damage due to a well packaged product.
Delivered with 30% battery,
charged it up, tried a couple of outlets, and good to go !
Note: the 400w solar panel is way larger, and heavier, than I expected! Probably because I have a smaller one ,but don't know the wattage.
I still have trouble using the solar panel bag as a stand, but it'll be fine.
