The box was damaged during delivery, but the product was unscathed. Fitment of the Wave2 unit with attached accessory battery inside bag is tight. Assurance the power button isn't inadvertently pressed is required.

The J1000 was purchased to power a cpap(ResMed11) for a week off the grid. I should have ordered sooner but the trip was last minute. Bill and his team delivered. Communication was top notch as we got down to the wire. The unit arrived with a night to spare for a test run. The unit arrived 50% charged and a few hours later it sat at 100%. Running on DC adapter the J1000 only gave up 5% for a 6 hour sleep. I knew I could leave the solar panel home. I recommend Bill and his team to anyone who needs equipment at a fair price and personal attention. Thanks again Bill. We’ll work together again.

We purchased an EcoFlow Delta Pro Ultra and Home 2 panel and had an electrician install it.
I love the app interface and 12 slot transfer box that now contains 90%.of our circuits.
The local electrician wasn't familiar with the new Home 2 panel, but it was so straightforward he was quite glad as he was familiar with the Home panel of old, which is far more difficult to install.
He called his colleague electricians over to watch the last hour of install as kind of a tutorial, so I am happy with the stupendous ubiquitous Delta Pro Ultra and panel with 3 multi use inputs!
