The installation service covers professional labor, coordination with a licensed electrician, quote review, and quality verification. Materials such as breakers, wiring, conduit, subpanels, permits, and any site-specific work are not included and will be quoted separately after your home assessment, with your approval required before proceeding.

Are permits included with installation?

No. Permit fees and permit application services are not included. Any permitting, utility requirements, or local code compliance must be coordinated directly with your electrician, who will advise on the process and associated costs.

How long does a typical Anker SOLIX E10 installation take?

Most installations are completed in approximately half a day, depending on your home’s electrical layout. Your electrician will confirm a more precise timeline prior to installation.

How many Anker SOLIX E10 units can be connected to one Power Dock?

Each Anker SOLIX Power Dock supports up to three E10 units. When three units are installed, two battery circuit breakers must be installed inside the ATS box according to the installation guide.
