A physical address is required. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and your payment method is pre-authorized for the purchase.

Then, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 2 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Please contact us for expedited shipping, or shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.  These options are limited depending on the product.

We do not ship products to American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, or the U.S. Virgin Islands at this time.  We also do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within two business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within three business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at

Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges


We strive for a stress-free, hassle-free return process. In order for the process to take place as smoothly as possible, we ask all customers to observe the following requirements.

  1. We have a 30-day return policy, which means customers have 30 days after the date the item shipped to request a return. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns beyond 30 days after the item shipped.
  2. Most items are easily returned within 30 days of the shipment date. To initiate a return, please contact us at If the return is accepted, we will send the customer a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  3. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as it was received, unused, and in its original packaging.
  4. If the return request is unclear, we may require proof of purchase. We may also ask for confirmation of certain details as to why an item is returned for verification or if a warranty request is involved.
  5. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. The customer is also responsible for return shipping costs.
  6. To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.


Upon the receipt of the return package, the item will be examined and a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address provided during the original purchase.

Refunds are processed as soon as the refund request is approved - that means that the money leaves our account immediately. If a refund has not yet been received, first check the bank account again. Then contact the payment method company as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. We have seen some credit card companies take up to 30 days to show that the refund has been put back on the card. 


The fastest way to exchange an item is to order it separately when the return is accepted.  Depending on inventory availability, we may be able to initiate a direct order of the exchange product after the original item is returned.


Cancellations are accepted up to the point of shipment. If the order has shipped, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds are only issued to the original purchase method.


The customer must inspect the packaging on arrival.  If damage is present, the customer should make note of it when signing for delivery. If the item arrives damaged, the customer must send photos to and we will process an insurance or warranty claim on the customer's behalf.

Why can't the solar panel reach the nominal power in actual use?

It is normal that the actual power does not reach the nominal power. You can get close to the nominal power by correcting for the following factors:

1. Light Intensity.
Changes in the intensity of sunlight will cause the output power to fluctuate up and down. The actual power will be closer to the nominal power when used at noon on a sunny day, and will be less than the nominal value in the early morning or afternoon. Weather conditions will also affect the amount of sunlight that shines on the panel. For example, you are much less likely to achieve the nominal power in hazy, cloudy, or rainy conditions.

2. Surface Temperature.
The surface temperature of the solar panel affects the power performance of the solar panel. The lower the surface temperature, the better the power performance. For example, when using solar panels in winter, the power is usually higher than in summer. Solar panels generally reach temperatures close to 60¬įC (140¬įF) during summer. This reduces nominal power by 10‚Äď15%, despite the higher levels of light shining on the panel.

3. Light Angle.
When the solar panel and the light angle are perpendicular, better power performance can be obtained. However, under special installation conditions (such as the roof of an RV), the solar panel can only be used in a tiled manner, which makes it impossible to form a vertical angle with the sunlight, resulting in a power loss of about 5‚Äď15%.

4. Light Occlusion.
When using solar panels, try to ensure that the surface is not covered, including projection, foreign objects, glass, etc., which will cause a significant drop in power.
If all of the above conditions are met, but the power used is much smaller than the nominal value, it may be a fault situation. In this case, you can contact EcoFlow customer service for assistance.

What is the power range that a 400W solar panel can typically achieve?

On a sunny day without clouds and direct sunlight, the power range of a 400W solar panel is between 320‚Äď350W (this data is obtained under the conditions of irradiance of 800‚Äď900W/m2 and the panel surface at 50¬įC (122¬įF)). The nominal data of the solar panel is obtained by testing under the conditions of AM1.5, meteorological conditions of 1000W/m2, and panel surface temperature of 25¬įC (77¬įF). A power close to the nominal value can usually be reached at midday on a sunny day in winter.

What are the precautions for the use of solar panels?

The solar panel is made of monocrystalline silicon wafer. During installation and use, please do not drop it on the ground with force, or use tools to hit the surface. Do not step on or sit on the solar panel, so as not to cause the monocrystalline silicon wafer to break and affect its use. Artificial damages will void the warranty.

Can I use solar panels of different specifications for mixed use?

Yes, but it is not recommended. Different energy storage controllers have requirements and restrictions on the output of solar panels. When solar panels with different current values are used in series, they will be limited, resulting in the inability to release the output power and even the short-board effect of 1+1<2.

Can I connect solar panels in parallel?

Yes. Parallel connection can double the current and increase the power. You can refer to the requirements for solar controllers and energy storage devices to ensure that they support larger values of input current to better determine the number of parallel connected solar panels. Additionally, it is necessary to pay attention to select a wire with a suitable wire diameter for safe connection according to the change of the output current.

Do solar panels need to be cleaned frequently? Do solar panels need to be cleaned frequently?

Yes. When used outdoors for a long time, solar panels are prone to accumulate dust and foreign objects on the surface, causing a certain degree of light occlusion and reducing the output of power generation. Frequent cleaning keeps the surface of the solar panel clean and free of obstructions, allowing for better solar panel power output.
