When my generator arrived it had to ground wires that were not connected properly and hard hard to get too and the screws were stripped out. However, Bill the owner of Outbound Power took care of it got repaired and were up and running very efficient / good company to work with if you have an issue. to me this is the most important that they take care of the customer after the purchase if there is a problem. 😊

The EF power cable arrived in excellent condition and packaged in an anti-static bag. Hooked the power cable up and it’s been running as designed. I can rely on outbound power.com for all my EcoFlow and Anker and devices.

So far working as they should. I now have the EcoFlow ultra with 6 batteries and they are supplying more than enough power everyday. I have a ‘free nights and solar days’ program with TXU and I am getting cost free electric as it stands now. I use the grid at night to run the house (Free) and charge the batteries. Then use the batteries all day to run the house!
