A physical address is required. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and your payment method is pre-authorized for the purchase.
Then, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 2 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment
Please contact us for expedited shipping, or shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. These options are limited depending on the product.
We do not ship products to American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, or the U.S. Virgin Islands at this time. We also do not ship outside of the United States at this time.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within two business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us withinthreebusiness days of your order, feel free to follow up with us atorders@outboundpower.com.
All delivery times provided by Outbound Power or by the shipping carrier are estimates. Delivery times are subject to acts of nature and other unforeseen circumstances. Refunds are not provided due solely to order deliveries outside of the estimated delivery window.

Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges
Returns
We strive for a stress-free, hassle-free return process.
In order for the process to take place as smoothly as possible, we ask all customers to observe the following requirements.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means customers have 30 days after the date the item shipped to request a return. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns beyond 30 days after the item shipped.
Most items are easily returned within 30 days of the shipment date. To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@outboundpower.com. If the return is accepted, we will send the customer a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as it was received and in its original packaging.
We may ask for confirmation of certain details as to why an item is being returned for verification or if a warranty request is involved.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge restocking fees.
To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages.
Refunds
Upon the receipt of the return package, the item will be examined and a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address provided during the original purchase.
Refunds are processed as soon as the refund request is approved - that means that the money leaves our account immediately. If a refund has not yet been received, first check the bank account again. Then contact the payment method company as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. We have seen some credit card companies take up to 30 days to show that the refund has been put back on the card.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to order it separately when the return is accepted. Depending on inventory availability, we may be able to initiate a direct order of the exchange product after the original item is returned.
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted up to the point of shipment. If the order has shipped, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds are only issued to the original purchase method.
Damages
The customer must inspect the packaging on arrival. If damage is present, the customer should make note of it when signing for delivery. If the item arrives damaged, the customer must send photos to returns@outboundpower.com and we will process an insurance or warranty claim on the customer's behalf.

Q10: Can I connect two EP500Pro together for more power (240V Split Phase Bonding)?
A10: Yes. With the Fusion Box (P030A), you can connect two EP500Pro in series for 240V/6,000W output.
Q11: Can EP500Pro connect with EP500?
A11: No. Only EP500 to EP500, or EP500Pro to EP500Pro is acceptable.
Q12: Can it charge and discharge at the same time?
A12: Yes.
Q13: How do I know whether my appliance can work well with the EP500Pro?
A13: Calculate the total wattage of your devices. EP500Pro should work if the load doesn't exceed its rated 3,000W.
Q14: How long can it run my device?
A14: Running time = Battery capacity × DoD × η ÷ Device rated power DoD refers to Depth of Discharge and η is local inverter efficiency. For EP500Pro, both DoD and η are 90%. If you run a 1,000W microwave oven with it, the running time will be: 5,100Wh × 90% × 90% ÷ 1,000W ≈ 4.1hrs Note: 1) The formula is NOT suitable for inductive loads with compressors, like refrigerator, air conditioner, etc. 2) The above data is for reference ONLY.
Q15: Is the EP500Pro power station waterproof?
A15: No. Also, please do NOT store it in a humid environment for a long time.
Q16: When I keep the power plugged in, will EP500Pro stop charging automatically when fully charged?
A16: Yes. And when the SOC is less than 100%, EP500Pro will automatically charge again without damage to the battery.
Q17: Is it possible to replace the built-in battery?
A17: No. If the internal battery pack is faulty or even dead, please contact BLUETTI Customer Service.
Q18: How is the EP500PRO different from the EP500?
A18: The main differences are:
1) Output power : 3,000W AC power for EP500Pro, while 2,000W for EP500.
2) Solar Input: 2,400W for EP500Pro, while 1,200W for EP500.
3) AC Input: 3,000W for EP500Pro, while 600W for EP500.
4) Output Port: EP500Pro has one more 100W USB-C port and 1 NEMA L14-30 port.
5) Recharging: EP500Pro supports charging from car cigarette lighter and lead-acid battery, while EP500 doesn't.
Q19: How is the EP500PRO different from the AC300?
A19: The main differences are:
1) Battery: AC300 has no built-in battery and must work with B300, while EP500Pro connects with B300 only for capacity expansion.
2) 30A AC Output: EP500Pro has an L14-30 port while AC300 has a TT-30 port.
3) Maximum Input: 5,400W for AC300 with two B300, 3,000W with one B300, while 4,000W for EP500Pro.
Shipping was slow just got it today . ordered on the 3rd shipped the 6th received the 20th haven’t had time even start it yet since it didn’t com with oil if I new that I would have had some ready to put in it. But I will update you once I have used it .
Nothing but good customer service and competitive prices
I enjoyed working working with Bill the owner of Outbound Power. To make a long story short the customer service is outstanding and you can directly speak with the owner and he will call you back too. I did know much of this company, but after some online research I felt the risk of ordering an expensive item was worth it and they had a competitive price for EcoFlow Delta 2 Power Station that I was interested in. Bill answered all my questions and I ordered the item and it shipped quickly with a tracking number and Outbound Power also would send me updates of the progress of the item. Unfortunately for some bad weather in California my shipment was delayed a week, but this was not their fault and it arrived by FedEx with no damage. I will certainly make another purchase from Outbound again when the time comes.

I like the concern shown by you and your company. The following is great. Great was the price and discounts offered. This stuff (EcoFlow) is expensive and you are the best pricing and deals on the market that I was able to find. I did get my EcoFlow pro from harbor freight with a 25% off one item club member discount. That saved me a lot. My delta 2 and smart generator was a great deal from you with the added $100 off made it impossible to pass up. Thanks for the great pricing and purchase process.
