We offer fast & free shipping on most orders over $50 (before taxes, if applicable) to the continental United States. Some oversize/overweight products may incur a shipping charge.

All in-stock items will ship in two days or less.

Shipping Information

Please ensure the shipping information provided at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for any losses, including missing parcels, package damage, losses as a result of delay, and other losses caused by incorrect shipping information that customers have provided.

A physical address is required. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and your payment method is pre-authorized for the purchase.

Then, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 2 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment

Please contact us for expedited shipping, or shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.  These options are limited depending on the product.

We do not ship products to American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, or the U.S. Virgin Islands at this time.  We also do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within two business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within three business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@outboundpower.com.

All delivery times provided by Outbound Power or by the shipping carrier are estimates.  Delivery times are subject to acts of nature and other unforeseen circumstances.  Refunds are not provided due solely to order deliveries outside of the estimated delivery window.

Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges

Returns

We strive for a stress-free, hassle-free return process.

In order for the process to take place as smoothly as possible, we ask all customers to observe the following requirements.

  1. We have a 30-day return policy, which means customers have 30 days after the date the item shipped to request a return. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns beyond 30 days after the item shipped.
  2. Most items are easily returned within 30 days of the shipment date. To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@outboundpower.com. If the return is accepted, we will send the customer a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  3. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as it was received and in its original packaging.
  4. We may ask for confirmation of certain details as to why an item is being returned for verification or if a warranty request is involved.
  5. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge restocking fees.
  6. To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages.

Refunds

Upon the receipt of the return package, the item will be examined and a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address provided during the original purchase.

Refunds are processed as soon as the refund request is approved - that means that the money leaves our account immediately. If a refund has not yet been received, first check the bank account again. Then contact the payment method company as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. We have seen some credit card companies take up to 30 days to show that the refund has been put back on the card. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to order it separately when the return is accepted.  Depending on inventory availability, we may be able to initiate a direct order of the exchange product after the original item is returned.

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted up to the point of shipment. If the order has shipped, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds are only issued to the original purchase method.

Damages

The customer must inspect the packaging on arrival.  If damage is present, the customer should make note of it when signing for delivery. If the item arrives damaged, the customer must send photos to returns@outboundpower.com and we will process an insurance or warranty claim on the customer's behalf.

How to Connect the RIVER Pro Extra Battery to the RIVER Pro

1. Power off BOTH the RIVER Pro and RIVER Pro Extra Battery before attempting to connect them together.

2. Open the Power Expansion Port cover on RIVER Pro to access the Power Expansion Port. Connect the Expansion Power Cable to the RIVER Pro Expansion Power Port. Tighten the screws on the Expansion Power port securely.

3. Open the Expansion Port Cover of the RIVER Pro Extra Battery to access the Expansion Power Port. Connect the free end of the Expansion Power Cable to the RIVER Pro Extra Battery Power Expansion Port. Tighten the screws on the Expansion Power port securely.

4. Turn on the power button of the RIVER Pro or RIVER Pro Extra Battery. Fully charge the devices for the first time and ensure the voltage is consistent to maximize the performance. If the display of the RIVER Pro shows the Extra Battery Icon, the connection is successful.

Can I use the EcoFlow RIVER Pro Extra Battery with other products?

You can only connect one EcoFlow RIVER Pro Extra Battery to one EcoFlow RIVER Pro power station. The RIVER Pro Extra Battery is not designed for use with any other power stations. If you wish to purchase an Extra Battery for the RIVER, please purchase the RIVER Extra Battery (sold separately at the EcoFlow Online Store).

How do I store the RIVER Pro Extra Battery?

Please store the RIVER Pro Extra Battery in a dry place and avoid direct contact with water. If you wish to store the battery for a long time, please charge it to 30-50%, turn off the main switch, and store it at room temperature to extend the battery life.
