How It Compares to Common Alternatives
Versus the Firman 2020. The 2020 is the 50-foot version of this cord, for setups that need more reach.
Versus a single-outlet cord. A single-outlet cord powers one device unless you add an adapter. This cord has three 5-15R outlets built in.
Is This Power Cord the Right Fit
- Output limit. The cord is rated for 15 amps and a 1,875 watt maximum output, so add up the devices you plug in.
- 120V only. The cord is rated for 120 volts.
- Plug type. The plug end is a 5-15P, so the outlet you use must accept it.
This may be a good fit if
- You want to power up to three devices from one outlet
- Your total load stays within 1,875 watts
- You work in a garage, workshop, driveway or campsite
