Warranty

The Zendure Satellite Battery has a base warranty of 3 years and a warranty extension of 2 years.
To receive a warranty extension, you’ll need to register your product in the Zendure app, and there may be additional costs or other conditions involved.

We received the Trail as a free gift of the EcoFlow Black Friday promotion. We live in an off-grid cabin, and have a couple small 1 watt fans for moving air - the Trail has been perfect for this use. It has almost as much juice as our much heavier and bulkier Jackery 300. We love it.
