Delivered to wrong apt at first but they sent me another one within 2 days after I told UPS that it was not at my door. Product was amazing! I tested it in my apt and love how it cools down and how fast it does it. It is still a portable air conditioner but very good in its class. The carrier bag is sturdy and plenty of room for cords and such. The additional containers for the tubes that strap on to the case are also very helpful. Overall, very impressed. Now to take it out in the wild!

We’ve been really impressed with the Anker SOLIX E10 system so far. The equipment feels extremely well built, the modular battery setup makes it easy to size and expand, and the overall installation is very clean compared to a lot of other backup systems we’ve worked with.
The customers have loved the amount of backup capacity, solar integration, app monitoring, and the ability to manage how and when the batteries charge and discharge. It’s a serious whole-home backup solution without feeling overly complicated to use.
From an installer standpoint, there are definitely some newer-product quirks and things to learn during setup and commissioning, but Anker has been responsive and the finished system is impressive. Overall, the E10 has quickly become one of the battery backup systems we’re most excited about installing.

One month in: Love that the display stays lit, just dimmed, while the unit is powered on. My Bluetti's display may save some milliwatthours by winking out but that means I have to keep re-pressing the On button while the unit is powered on in order to see its status. When the Pecron unit's display dims it's still readable even in daylight from across the vehicle. I actually wish it charged more slowly so I would have a larger unplugging time window before it butts up against fully charged. Most people, though, will like how quickly it charges.
