The EcoFlow 2kWh Power Kits are modular 48V power systems built around the EcoFlow Power Hub and EcoFlow's stackable LFP batteries. EcoFlow designs them to cover the essential energy needs of an RV or off-grid build, and you can expand this kit to 6kWh by adding up to 2 batteries.

Five Components in One Power Hub

The Power Hub combines two MPPT solar charge controllers, a battery charger with MPPT, a DC-DC step-down converter and an inverter-charger. EcoFlow rates it at 3600W of AC main output and up to 1600W of DC main output. With fewer modules and thinner wires, the system takes less space and less installation work.

Four Ways to Charge

Power Kits accept up to 4800W of solar across three 1600W ports, 1000W from a vehicle alternator, 3000W from shore power and 1800W from an EcoFlow Smart Generator. EcoFlow notes the 4800W solar figure comes from testing under favorable conditions, so real results vary.

48V for Less Current and Heat

A 48V system delivers the same power as a 12V system with only a quarter of the electric current in the wires. EcoFlow says that means significantly less heat and power loss.

Expand From 2kWh to 6kWh

Stack a battery to increase capacity. This kit expands to 6kWh when you add up to 2 batteries, so you can start small and grow as your power needs do.

Auto-Heating LFP Batteries

EcoFlow's LFP batteries heat themselves, so you can use them in temperatures as low as -4°F. An integrated BMS monitors temperature, voltage and current to keep the batteries within their limits.

App and Console Control

The EcoFlow app tracks daily, weekly and monthly power use, lets you control the system remotely and updates firmware. The Power Kit Console adds a mounted screen for real-time data and settings. The system connects over 2.4GHz Wi-Fi only.

Plug-and-Play Setup

EcoFlow designed Power Kits for simple assembly. Batteries mount with a strap, bracket or clamp, and you can tuck the Power Hub and batteries out of sight under seats or in a closet, as long as they get proper ventilation.

Real-World Applications

Vans and campervans. Recharge from roof solar and your alternator while you travel, and run AC and DC appliances from one system.

RVs and trailers. Plug into shore power at a campground for up to 3000W of charging input, then switch to solar when you leave.

Tiny homes and cabins. Build an off-grid system that starts at 2kWh, with an EcoFlow Smart Generator for emergency charging.

Everyday appliances. EcoFlow shows Power Kits running loads such as a fridge, microwave, induction cooker, crockpot, TV, laptop and lights.

How It Compares to Common Alternatives

Versus a 12V system. A 12V system needs four times the current for the same power, which means heavier wiring and more heat. The 48V Power Kits keep current and power loss down.

Versus separate components. A traditional build wires together separate solar controllers, chargers, a converter and an inverter. The Power Hub puts all five in one box.

Versus a larger battery stack. EcoFlow also builds Power Kits around 4kWh, 5kWh, 10kWh and 15kWh battery stacks. The 2kWh kit starts lower and still expands to 6kWh.

Is This Power Kit the Right Fit

• Indoor installation. The batteries, Power Hub and Console are not waterproof and should not be placed outside permanently.
• Ventilation. Ventilation is a must to keep the Power Hub from overheating. Follow the clearances in the quick start guide.
• Parts not included. Solar panels are sold separately, and the 100A alternator fuse and shore power inlet are not included.
• System wiring. Both RJ45 CAN Bus ports on the Power Hub must connect to the Distribution Panel, Console or a CAN Bus terminator, or the system will malfunction.
