The AIMS Power 24V 400A Industrial Grade Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery delivers 400 amp hours at 24 volts, about 10.2 kWh of energy, in a single industrial-grade LiFePO4 battery. That large capacity in one unit can eliminate the need for multiple smaller batteries. Compared to other battery technologies, AIMS Power says it delivers large amounts of power at half the weight with up to 8 times more cycles and no memory effect. A built-in Battery Management System, automatic cell balancing, and RS485 and CAN communication ports make it a strong foundation for 24 volt off-grid, backup, and industrial power systems.
AIMS Power rates this battery at 3500 cycles at 80% depth of discharge and 6000 cycles at 60% depth of discharge, roughly 8 times more cycles than other battery technologies.
The BMS maintains voltage, current, and temperature, enables maximum charging capacity for faster charging, and protects against short circuits, overcharge, over-discharge, and low voltage with automatic shutdown. BMS temperature protection and reverse polarity protection add further safeguards.
Automatic cell balancing maintains individual cell integrity, and the battery requires almost no maintenance.
Designed for systems that need large amounts of power at 24 volts, the battery delivers high output current for inverters and inverter chargers.
A front-panel LED displays state of charge, and RS485 and CAN ports allow monitoring with desktop software (interface not included). Connect up to 10 batteries in parallel, using the included 41 inch parallel cables.
Mount it in any orientation. There is no venting or gassing, and it includes a power switch, 3/8 inch terminals, and terminal covers.
