I have purchased over $20,000 of solar equipment from Outbound Power over several purchases. They have the best pricing and the best hands-on customer service. I always shop other sites but always end up back at Outbound Power. They are awesome!

I wanted to leave a new review, as support reached out to me and clarified some things I was unclear about. This thing is amazing! It seamlessly switches over to backup power without me noticing, and makes being inconvenienced by power outages a thing of the past. I originally purchased it for just backup power, but I'm finding that I can really offset energy costs by attaching solar panels pretty easily, and building up my solar grid at my own pace.

Support confirmed that the unit can handle 50A when connected to the grid, accommodating a maximum of two F3800s at the same 50A when the power is out. That drops to 25A if you only have one F3800.

Support also took my feedback to enhance the app capabilities, and provide more visibility into the individual component's utilizations. I've been very impressed by their level of support, and am excited to see the improvements they continue to make.

I originally purchased this thinking I would just connect a manual transfer switch via the 30A plug and use it as a backup generator. However, once I discovered the Home Power Panel, and its ability to seamlessly switch over to backup power automatically, I was sold! It was easy to use and easy to install. I can confirm that it supports 6000W at 25A. It is a beast!! I am excited to buy a second one in the future, and it has already been amazing maintaining power when the grid goes down.

I am excited to see some improvements in the app though. It is a bit basic. I would like to see things like detailed monitoring of the different circuits, historical monitoring data, and the ability to configure alerts (like a circuit is consuming more power than you expect it to). Otherwise, it is pretty great!

The portable fridge came in about 5 days and was even cheaper than the manufacturers sale price. An employee even called me to make sure that I was satisfied with the product which doesn’t ever happen. As soon as I got it I unboxed it and immediately put it into use. It took about 25 minutes for the unit to get to 30 degrees when I had it set to its lowest setting. I went shopping and 30 minutes later it was at -4f. Even once I filled it up with some frozen and some slightly cool food items it got up to about 15f and dropped back down to -4f within about 60 minutes. Beats the heck out of ice for sure.

As for the company they went above and beyond to earn my future business. I thought something was missing from the box, so I sent an email and they responded within minutes, fortunately it was my mistake and I overlooked a part of the packaging and found the item. So I sent another email saying it was my fault and I had found the item. I really appreciate the service you all provide.

You can’t go wrong with Outbound Power and Anker. Just got my Extension Battery, as well I just order a 400w Anker Solar Panel, now I wil have total of 1000w to charge these two units

The river 3 plus is a great power station. I’m very happy so far. It does what I want it to do. I like the app. It’s quiet. It’s very nice looking too.

Personal touch via email. Easy to use veteran discount. Some sites offer a veteran discount but you have to dig for it and/or it's hard to use. Price matching made quick and easy. Since I've had such a positive experience why should I chance another store when you all will price match lowest price?
