The Renogy 1ft/2ft ANL Fuse Cable with Double Ring Terminals for 3/8 in Lugs Links Your ANL Fuse to Your Battery

The Renogy 1ft/2ft ANL Fuse Cable with Double Ring Terminals for 3/8 in Lugs is a ready-made red cable with a ring terminal on each end. Renogy made it for connecting an ANL fuse to your batteries. One ring connects to the battery and the other connects to the ANL fuse.

Choose 10 AWG, 8 AWG, 4 AWG or 2/0 AWG to match your system. It is for anyone wiring a fused connection in a solar or battery setup who wants a finished cable instead of crimping their own.

Renogy 1ft/2ft ANL Fuse Cable with Double Ring Terminals for 3/8 in Lugs Features

Ring Terminals on Both Ends

Each cable has a ring terminal at both ends with a red insulating sleeve over the crimp. The rings let you bolt one end to the battery and the other end to the fuse.

Tinned Copper Wire

Renogy's photo shows high-purity, oxygen-free tinned copper wire under a PVC insulated jacket. Tin plating is shown as an anti-oxidation feature for a long service life.

UV Resistant and TUV Tested

The cable is UV resistant and TUV tested. Renogy says a TUV logo is printed every foot to show that the cable meets TUV standards for PV solar applications. Renogy's photo also shows UL and RoHS marks.

Rated for Wide Temperatures

Renogy lists a temperature range of -40°F to +194°F. Its rated voltage is AC Uo/U 0.6/1 KV and DC 1.8KV.

Real-World Applications

Charge controller to battery. Renogy's wiring diagram puts a fused cable between a charge controller and the battery positive terminal.

Battery to fuse connections. Use a short cable to link a battery terminal to an ANL fuse.

Practical Comparison

Finished Fuse Cable Versus a Generic Cable You Crimp Yourself

This cable arrives with ring terminals already attached, so you skip the crimping step. A generic cable gives you a custom length but needs lugs and a crimper.

Thinner Versus Thicker Gauges

The 10 AWG and 8 AWG options suit smaller circuits. The 4 AWG and 2/0 AWG options use thicker wire for higher-current runs. Match the gauge to your circuit and to the fuse you use.

Buyer Guidance

Choosing the Gauge

Renogy offers several gauge sizes so you can get the right size for your system. Follow the cable size in the manual for your charge controller, inverter or battery.

This May Be A Good Fit If

  • You need a short cable between a battery and an ANL fuse
  • You want ring terminals already attached
  • You want a UV resistant, TUV tested cable
  • Your terminals take 3/8 in lugs
