The Renogy Essential RV Kit N-Type 200W 12V Solar Kit is a step up from a basic starter kit, built for a clean, complete RV roof installation. It includes two Renogy 16BB N-type 100W panels, an Adventurer 30A PWM charge controller with 12V and 24V compatibility, a BT-1 Bluetooth module for monitoring on your phone, a cable entry housing to seal the roof penetration, Y branch connectors, a 30-foot adaptor kit, a 16-foot battery tray cable and Z-bracket mounts.
In good sun, 200W of panels can produce roughly 600 to 1,000 watt-hours per day, enough to keep house batteries charged while running lights, fans, a water pump and device chargers. The Adventurer's flush-mount design looks at home on an RV wall, and a clear wiring diagram makes installation straightforward.
High-efficiency N-type cells with 16 busbars hold up well in heat and low light. Renogy backs the panels with a 10-year materials and workmanship warranty.
The Adventurer works with 12V and 24V batteries and accepts up to 50V of solar input. Four-stage charging supports sealed, gel, flooded and lithium batteries, and it protects against reverse current, overcharging, short circuits and reversed polarity.
The included BT-1 module connects the controller to the Renogy app for real-time monitoring and settings changes from your phone.
A cable entry housing seals the cable pass-through on the roof, and two sets of Z brackets secure the panels.
