The Rich Solar BRAVO 30 (RS-MPPT30PB) is a 30A MPPT solar charge controller that automatically detects 12V or 24V battery systems. Rich Solar recommends up to 500W of solar at 12V and 1,000W at 24V, with up to 99.5% MPPT tracking efficiency and 98% maximum conversion efficiency.
Built-in Bluetooth connects the BRAVO 30 to the RICH SOLAR app, and an LCD on the controller shows solar input, battery status and charging information. It supports eight battery chemistries plus a custom profile, accepts up to 100V of solar input, and is certified to UL 1741, FCC, CE and RoHS standards. At 1.8 pounds and 7.0 x 5.5 x 2.9 inches, it fits easily in an RV bay, van cabinet or cabin utility wall.
The BRAVO 30 tracks the maximum power point of your array with up to 99.5% efficiency and converts it to battery charging power at up to 98% efficiency. MPPT converts surplus panel voltage into extra charging current, so more of your panels' output reaches the battery.
The controller identifies the system voltage during installation. The solar input range is 8V to 100V, with an MPPT range of 15V to 72V, so you can wire panels in series for long cable runs.
Charging profiles cover GEL, AGM, flooded, crystal, calcium, LiFePO4, LTO and LCO batteries, plus a custom setting for batteries that need specific voltages.
Monitor real-time charging status from your phone in the RICH SOLAR app, with no extra module required. The LCD shows solar input, battery status and charging details at the controller. An optional remote meter and battery temperature sensor are also available.
Electronic protection covers over-voltage, reverse discharge and circuit faults. A conformal coated circuit board improves long-term durability, with an IP43 rating on the circuit board and IP22 on the connections.

Versus the Rich Solar 20 Amp MPPT controller. The 20A model supports up to 260W at 12V and needs the optional BT-1 module for Bluetooth. The BRAVO 30 handles about twice the solar at 12V and has Bluetooth built in.
