The SOLIX F3800 Plus Portable Power Station has 2 solar input ports. Each solar input port supports an 11-165V solar charger with a solar charging connector, the current supports 17A maximum.
Can the USB-C ports charge the power station (input only), or are they output only?

What should I do when AC recharging fails?
If the SOLIX F3800 Plus AC recharging does not work, check if the overload protection switch is turned on. If it is on, press down to reset and then continue recharging.
How do I reset the Anker SOLIX F3800 Plus?
If your power station is not working correctly, insert a paper clip or pin into the reset hole for 1 second for a factory reset. If the power station still doesn't work, please contact Anker support.
Why is the power station not working after it hasn't been used for a long time?
If the power station is stored at a low capacity for a long time, LiFePO4 batteries will self-consume power which may lead to a quick discharge. This often leads to poor conductivity and a reduced battery lifespan that causes the battery not to work.
How should I store and maintain the power station?
When storing your power station, please make sure that you: 1) Turn off the main power button. 2) Store the power station in a dry and cool environment. 3) Check the remaining battery capacity each week. If the battery level is below 30%, fully charge the power station. In addition, charge the battery to 100% every 3 months.
How do I charge my electric vehicle via the power station?
Double-press the AC outlet button to activate EV mode charging. Make sure to set the charging rate of the EV charger to less than 25A to avoid overloading the output to your electric vehicle, such as a Tesla.

Great Battery Backup! So versatile and very powerful!!
I originally purchased this thinking I would just connect a manual transfer switch via the 30A plug and use it as a backup generator. However, once I discovered the Home Power Panel, and its ability to seamlessly switch over to backup power automatically, I was sold! It was easy to use and easy to install. I can confirm that it supports 6000W at 25A. It is a beast!! I am excited to buy a second one in the future, and it has already been amazing maintaining power when the grid goes down.
I am excited to see some improvements in the app though. It is a bit basic. I would like to see things like detailed monitoring of the different circuits, historical monitoring data, and the ability to configure alerts (like a circuit is consuming more power than you expect it to). Otherwise, it is pretty great!

F3800 with expansion battery
This unit is everything I hoped for and more. I am using it for a whole house backup. I have a propane generator that will run the whole house but wanted this to extend the propane and minimize the run time on the generator. The f3800 will run my whole house between 4 to 12 hours with the expansion battery depending on usage. Then I can fire up the generator and run the house of generator for around 2 hours while the f3800 gets charged back up by generator. Then back to battery power for another 4 to 12 hours. This is excellent at night since I don't have to run the generator at a minimum load all night long. Not to mention I reduced the amount of propane I'm using dramatically so in turn increasing my overall operating time. I love this new set up and look forward to solar expansion in the future.

F3800 and Extension
Decided to pull the plug and get the F3800 and extension battery after Hurricane Beryl. Luckily we haven’t had to use it in an emergency but we’ve done some testing and couldn’t be happier! Great piece of kit, recommend to pair it with a small inverter generator in case there’s limited sunlight.

So far, it's been working flawlessly with my EcoFlow Delta 3 Plus
It doesn't seem to work well with my EcoFlow River 2 Pro; for some reason, I had to restart the Charger. Every time I tried to charge my River 2 Pro, eventually it wouldn't charge. There is a good possibility I did something wrong in the settings. I didn't buy it to Charger for the River 2 Pro anyway, so no big deal to me. So far, after two days, the EcoFlow Delta 3 Plus hasn't had any issues.

Review of EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra X Whole-Home Backup
I purchased the Delta Pro Ultra X with two batteries at the end of 2025 from Outbound Power to get the best price. All three components arrived intact in three separate heavy duty boxes with ample custom molded padding to protect the units from shipping mishaps. I stacked the 3 units on the included caster tray in a new tiny home, and used the unit after a firmware update to my satisfaction. After using the unit for a short while, I charged the unit with a Honda EU3000i gas generator. A week later I installed two solar arrays, totaling 4400 watts with 2 sets of (5) 440 watt panels. I live in Southern California, so this allowed me to be fully charged in an hour or two of full morning sun. The unit has been powering the tiny home which came with a 50A shore power connection. I ran a circuit from the wall nearest the EcoFlow under the tiny home and connected to power panel via the shore power 50A outlet, by removing the outlet and splicing in the new circuit. The unit will run the tiny home no problem and has been on since the end of 2025. I may consider two more batteries after running all my consumer calcs to be 100% off grid, all electric, while satisfying San Diego County's 4 day battery reserve capacity for permitted off grid application such as mine. I'm very happy with this unit. I run Starlink, the refrigerator, an on demand propane water heater (at this time) and a minisplit, plus an inductive cook top, oven, washer/dryer, lights, etc without any issues. The simplicity of installation is peace of mind, and being plugged into the sun feels good every day. Outbound power has reached out and offered to assist if the need should present itself. So far so good!

We have a son with severe autism. If he is awake, he is on his computer and tablet. But if the power goes out, big trouble as he gets extremely upset. This power supply will help keep him entertained for a few hours, hopefully long enough for the power to come back.
