The BigBattery ETHOS Rack Base is the metal foundation that an ETHOS battery stack sits on. The first ETHOS module locks onto the base, and the remaining modules and the ETHOS Control Box stack on top. The base keeps the stack level and aligned.
Every ETHOS stack needs its own rack base. One comes with each ETHOS Control Box and with each ETHOS expansion kit. Order this one when you are starting an additional stack from single modules, replacing a damaged base, or setting up a stack in a new location. Built by BigBattery for its ETHOS 48V home battery system, which is backed by a 12-year warranty and lifetime USA-based technical support.
The base matches the 26.5 in wide footprint of ETHOS modules so the stack locks into place securely.
ETHOS systems with four or more modules use two stacks side by side, each on its own base.
A rack base ships with every ETHOS Control Box and expansion kit, so you only need this one for an extra stack or a replacement.
