The BLUETTI B4810 Battery Connection Cable connects B4810 LiFePO4 battery units to each other or to your system. It comes in two lengths, a short 8 in (20 cm) cable and a long 20 in (50 cm) cable.
It's for owners building or expanding a B4810 battery bank who need a connection cable that fits the spacing between units.
Choose the 8 in (20 cm) cable for batteries mounted close together, or the 20 in (50 cm) cable when units sit farther apart.
BLUETTI's B4810 manual installs the battery connection cable on the battery terminals with M8 x 20 bolts. Do not place washers between the terminal bolts and the cable lugs, which avoids high resistance and overheating.
The B4810 manual shows batteries connected in parallel through their terminals or a busbar. Up to 24 batteries can be connected in parallel to expand capacity.
Stacked batteries. Use the short cable between units mounted close together.
Spread-out installs. Use the long cable when batteries are placed further apart.
The short cable is 8 in (20 cm) and the long cable is 20 in (50 cm). Pick the shortest length that reaches without strain, since shorter runs keep the wiring tidy.
BLUETTI says to power off the battery first. When connecting in parallel, use batteries of the same brand, specification and capacity, and do not mix new and used batteries. Before paralleling, fully charge each battery and check that the voltage difference is no more than 0.3V.

BLUETTI's manual lists a 14 mm (9/16 in) wrench, a screwdriver, a multimeter and protective gloves.
