The BLUETTI X60 is a 614Wh LiFePO4 power bank made to run a CPAP machine from DC power. It has three DC barrel outputs at 12V/5A, 16V/4A and 24V/4A, a USB-C port up to 100W and a USB-A port at 5V/3A, and it comes with seven CPAP power cables. It weighs about 15 lbs (7 kg) and measures 12 x 9.9 x 5 in.
It's for CPAP users who camp, take road trips or want backup for sleep therapy during an outage at home. BLUETTI says it works with up to 90% of the CPAPs on the market. You can charge it from a wall outlet with the included AC adapter, from your car with the included cigarette lighter cable, or from BLUETTI's PV120 solar panel.
The X60 is a DC power bank with no AC outlets. It feeds your CPAP through a matching cable on the 12V/5A (DC4017), 16V/4A (DC6530) or 24V/4A (DC5525) port. Only one of these three barrel ports works at a time. To switch, unplug the device, wait 4 seconds and connect to the other port.
You get three 24V/4A cables, three 12V/5A cables and one 16V/4A cable, each tagged with the output port it uses. A connector for HP joins one of the 24V cables to power an AirSense 10. A storage bag is included too.
The 614Wh LiFePO4 battery is rated for over 2,000 charge cycles. The BMS protects against overcharging, over-discharging, overcurrent, short circuits, overtemperature and overvoltage. The cooling fan runs only when the unit gets hot and stops once the temperature returns to normal.
The USB-C port supplies 5V, 9V, 12V, 15V or 20V at 3A, or 20V at 5A with its built-in eMarker chip. The USB-A port gives 5V/3A. That lets you charge a phone or laptop overnight beside your CPAP.
If you keep the X60 plugged in, ECO mode holds the battery between 60% and 70% to extend battery life. Press the power button twice to turn it on or off. Restarting the unit or removing the charger also turns it off. When the X60 reaches 100% with the adapter still connected, it recharges only after it drops to 95%.
The LCD shows input power, output power, battery level, ECO mode, fan status and alerts for low battery, overload, short circuit and abnormal temperature, along with fault codes. A buzzer sounds when the battery is at 5% or lower.
Camping with a CPAP. Run your CPAP from DC power at a campsite with no hookups, then recharge from your car's cigarette lighter socket with the engine running.
Power outages at home. Keep the X60 on its charger in ECO mode so it's ready for sleep therapy when the power goes out.
Road trips. Pack the cables in the storage bag and charge your phone or laptop from the USB ports along the way.
Solar recharging. Recharge from BLUETTI's PV120 solar panel with an MC4 to DC7909 cable, sold separately.
A portable power station with AC outlets runs a CPAP through its standard power supply and can run other AC devices too. The X60 has no AC outlets. It connects straight to your CPAP's DC input with the matching cable, and it comes with the cables for the models BLUETTI lists.
A lead-acid battery with a DC adapter is another way to run a CPAP off-grid. The X60 uses LiFePO4 cells rated for over 2,000 cycles, includes the CPAP cables and an AC adapter, and shows battery level and faults on its screen.
BLUETTI lists the 12V/5A port for the DreamStation, System One 60, REMstar System One 50 and HDM Z1, the 16V/4A port for the Transcend mini, and the 24V/4A port for the ResMed AirSense 10, AirCurve 10, S9, AirSense 11 and AirSense mini. When you run a DreamStation from the 12V/5A port, BLUETTI says to turn off the humidifier and heater. If you're not sure about your CPAP, the Outbound Power team can check it with you.
The included AC adapter charges the X60 at up to 200W, 12.5V to 26V and 8A, and BLUETTI lists the charging time at 6 hours. For car charging, the engine must be running. Solar charging works only with BLUETTI's PV120 panel. Charge between 32°F and 104°F (0°C to 40°C). If you won't use it for over 3 months, charge it to 40% to 60% and fully cycle it every 3 months.
No. It has three DC barrel ports, one USB-C port and one USB-A port.
Yes. The X60 supports pass-through charging. It can't be powered off while it's charging.
BLUETTI lists the X60 as not TSA compliant, so plan to travel with it by car.
BLUETTI lists a 12-month warranty for the X60.
The BLUETTI X60 CPAP Power Bank pairs a 614Wh LiFePO4 battery with 12V, 16V and 24V DC outputs, seven CPAP cables and USB-C and USB-A ports. If you'd like help checking your CPAP model or planning how to recharge it, the Outbound Power team is happy to help.
