The BougeRV CRX3 23QT is a compact single zone compressor fridge with a 23 quart (22 L) interior. BougeRV states it holds up to 30 standard 12 oz cans or selected gallon containers. You can set it from -4°F to 68°F (-20°C to 20°C) to keep drinks chilled or food frozen.
It's built for road trips, off-grid camping, tailgates and beach days, where you want cold storage that doesn't take over your cargo area. Power it from 100-240V AC at home, 12V or 24V DC in a vehicle, or a compatible solar panel with the battery installed. Choose Fridge + Battery, Fridge Only (battery not included), or the 100W or 200W Solar Fridge Kit.
BougeRV lists fast cooling in 14 minutes for this compressor fridge, so drinks, groceries and campsite meals get cold soon after you switch it on. MAX mode runs the compressor at high speed for faster cooling, and ECO mode uses less power.
BougeRV states ECO mode runs under 35W, which helps stretch battery life on longer trips away from power. The rated power input is 60W.
BougeRV's 240Wh battery (15000mAh, 16V) slides into a compartment beside the main lid. While it's in place you can recharge it from the fridge's AC adapter or car charger at up to 90W, from a solar panel at 11-32V and 10A, up to 150W, or by USB-C at up to 100W. Its USB-C port and 18W USB-A port can also charge small devices.
The BougeRV app lets you see the temperature and change settings without opening the lid again and again. You can manage the fridge from a camp chair, the cab or your sleeping area.
Three battery protection levels help reduce the risk of draining your vehicle battery on 12V or 24V DC. On 12V the fridge cuts out at 11.1V on High, 10.1V on Medium and 9.6V on Low, and it turns back on once the voltage recovers. It ships set to Medium.
The lid can be reversed to suit where the fridge sits, there's a built-in LED light, and a locking latch keeps the lid shut. Recessed side handles make it easy to carry.

Fridge Only comes without a battery and runs from DC vehicle power or an AC outlet. Fridge + Battery includes the 240Wh battery so the fridge can run on its own at camp or on the beach.
Each Solar Fridge Kit includes the fridge, the 240Wh battery and a folding solar panel, either 100W or 200W, for recharging the battery off-grid. The battery accepts up to 150W of solar input.
BougeRV describes the 23QT as a practical small camping fridge for couples and weekend trips. Its footprint is 23.7 x 12.6 in and it stands 13.8 in tall, so check your cargo area or footwell before you choose.
Let the fridge stand for 12 hours after unpacking before the first start. Keep it level, under 5° of tilt for long running, with about 200 mm (7.9 in) clear behind and 100 mm (3.9 in) at the sides. BougeRV advises switching it off or disconnecting it when you turn off your engine, since it could otherwise drain the battery.
