Black Renogy ShadowFlux 200W rigid solar panel with the upgrade pack connectors, fuse holders, brackets and screws on white

The Renogy Extra 200W ShadowFlux Panel with Additional Accessories for 7.6kWh Solution Adds a Third Panel to Your Go Further RV Solution

The Renogy Extra 200W ShadowFlux Panel with Additional Accessories for 7.6kWh Solution is an upgrade pack for Renogy's Go Further 7.6kWh RV Solution. It adds one 200W ShadowFlux rigid solar panel and the extra connectors, fuse holders, cable and bracket Renogy lists for hooking that panel into the system.

It's an add-on, not a stand-alone solar kit. You need the Go Further 7.6kWh RV Solution to use it. Renogy's quick guide for that system says it supports solar expansion up to 600W, which is three 200W panels, and this pack is built for that step.

Renogy Extra 200W ShadowFlux Panel with Additional Accessories for 7.6kWh Solution Features

One More 200W ShadowFlux Panel

The pack includes one 200W ShadowFlux rigid solar panel. Renogy's wiring list calls the panel type an N-Type, high-efficiency, anti-shading solar panel, the same type that comes in the Go Further system. A third panel brings the array to three 200W panels, which is the 600W solar expansion limit Renogy gives in the system's quick guide.

A 3 to 1 Solar Branch Connector Pair

The Go Further system joins its two panels with Y branch connectors. This pack adds a 3 to 1 solar branch connector pair, listed by Renogy as MMMF+FFFM, so all three panels can feed one run to the charger. Renogy's expanded wiring diagram shows how the panels connect with the pack installed.

Three 15A In-Line Fuses

You get three 15A solar connector in-line fuses. Renogy lists them as waterproof in-line fuse holders. Renogy's upgrade diagram for this pack marks where they go.

20FT 10AWG Cable to the Charge Controller

The pack includes one 20FT 10AWG solar panel to charge controller adaptor kit. Renogy's list calls it a solar panel to battery charger with MPPT cable. The Go Further system's charger is the 12V 50A DC-DC on-board battery charger with MPPT.

An Extra Z Bracket for the Panel

One solar panel mounting Z bracket comes with the pack. Use it with the existing roof mounting steps in the quick guide, which give a tightening torque for the Z bracket of 70.8-106.2 in-lbs (8-12 N-m).

Real-World Applications

More solar on the roof. If your Go Further RV Solution is in place and you have roof space, add the third panel and its parts in one step.

Longer stays off the grid. Renogy's quick guide says two 200W panels take about 4 to 6 sunny days to fully recharge the 7.68kWh battery bank from solar alone, under ideal sunny conditions. More panel area is one way to add solar input.

A planned upgrade. Renogy says the Go Further system supports future expansion. This pack gives you the parts for the solar side of that plan.

Practical Comparison

Upgrade Pack Versus Buying Parts One by One

Adding a panel on your own means choosing branch connectors, fuse holders, cable and a bracket that all suit the existing system. This pack groups the items Renogy picked for the 7.6kWh Solution so the list is already settled.

Two Panels Versus Three Panels

The Go Further RV Solution ships with two 200W panels, or 400W. With this pack the array becomes three 200W panels, or 600W. The battery bank, charger and inverter stay the same.

Buyer Guidance

Check That It Matches Your System

This pack is made for the Renogy 7.6kWh RV Solution. Renogy's quick guide says expansion to three 200W panels is supported and that additional panels and parallel connectors are required, which is what this pack supplies. Renogy points to its product page and support center for specific expansion methods and precautions. If you're unsure, ask the Outbound Power team before you order.

Follow the Wiring and Safety Steps

Renogy's quick guide says to cover the panels with an opaque material before connecting the cables, and to connect the battery first and then the solar panels to avoid damaging the battery charger. It also says to follow the electrical code in your area.

This May Be A Good Fit If

  • You own the Renogy Go Further 7.6kWh RV Solution
  • You want a third 200W panel on the system
  • You want the connectors, fuses, cable and bracket in one pack

Common Questions

Is This Pack Made for the 3.8kWh Solution?

No. This pack is for the 7.6kWh Solution. Renogy lists a separate add-on for the 3.8kWh system, and it is not part of this page.

How Many Panels Can the Go Further System Take?

Renogy's quick guide says solar expansion goes up to 600W, which is three 200W panels. Additional solar panels and parallel connectors are required.

Does the Pack Include a Battery or Inverter?

No. It covers the extra panel, branch connectors, fuse holders, cable and bracket only. The batteries, inverter and charger come with the RV Solution.

Can I Run the Panels Without the Rest of the System?

This pack contains no charge controller or battery. Renogy lists it as an add-on for the 7.6kWh Solution, so it is meant to be wired into that system.
