Male and Female Connectors on Each Cable
Hard plastic connectors sit at each end. The cable extends and locks onto the built-in cables of your panels. Renogy's photo marks the female connector at 2.28 in (58mm) long and the male at 2.16 in (55mm).
TUV Tested Cable
Renogy says the cable is TUV tested. A TUV logo is printed every foot to show the cable meets TUV standards for PV solar use. The cable is rated 600/1000V.
UV Resistant and IP67 Waterproof
Renogy describes the cable as UV resistant and waterproof, with IP67 protection and an operating range of -40°F to 185°F. Renogy's photos show a rubber sealing ring on the connector.
Tinned Copper Wire
