The SunGold Power 10kW 48VDC Off-Grid Solar Kit (SGR-10K25S family) combines a 10000W 48V split phase solar inverter with twelve 550W monocrystalline panels for 6600W of solar. You choose the storage: five server rack batteries in an enclosed cabinet (standard or self-heating, 25.6kWh), two wall-mount batteries (20.48kWh) or two outdoor batteries (32.14kWh).
SunGold estimates the array produces up to 25.6kWh per day with 4 hours of sunlight. The system is built for high-demand loads such as an air conditioner, well pump, refrigerator, power tools and office equipment.
The SPH10048P delivers 10000W rated and 20000W peak with a 6HP loaded motor capacity, at 120/240V split phase or 120V single phase. It is UL 1741 listed by ETL for off-grid solar systems.
The SG550WM panels run as two strings of six, one per MPPT input, each with its own 25A PV breaker. The inverter accepts up to 11000W of PV, so there is room to add panels.
The SGR-10K25S option stores 25.6kWh in five 5.12kWh server rack batteries inside an enclosed battery cabinet. Each battery is rated for at least 7000 cycles.
The SGR-10K25T option uses five SGH48100T batteries in the same cabinet. Their heaters switch on between -13°F and 41°F and stop at 53.6°F, and the batteries can charge from 14°F.
The SGR-10K20T option uses two 10.24kWh batteries for 20.48kWh, with 9.84kWh usable in each. They mount on a wall or stand on the floor and have touch-screen displays.
The SGR-10K32P option links two 16.07kWh PowerMax units with the included parallel cable for 32.14kWh. Their IP65 enclosures are rated for indoor and outdoor installation.
Solar charging reaches 200A and grid or generator charging reaches 120A, with a 200A hybrid maximum. A generator can top up the bank when solar falls short.
High-demand homes. Run an air conditioner, refrigerator and everyday 120V and 240V circuits.
Well pumps and shops. Use the 6HP motor rating for pumps and power tools.
Cold-climate properties. Pick the self-heating option for battery spaces that drop below freezing.
Outdoor battery placement. Choose the PowerMax option when indoor space is tight.
Versus the standard SG48100P option. The SGH48100T option holds the same 25.6kWh but adds self-heating, so it charges from 14°F instead of 32°F.
Versus the SG48200T option. Two wall units hold 20.48kWh, 5.12kWh less than the cabinet options, with fewer batteries to connect.
Versus the PowerMax option. Two outdoor-rated units raise storage to 32.14kWh and can sit outside, while the inverter stays indoors.
