How is heat being removed through the ZERO BREEZE Mark 3?
With the dual hose venting heat system, the heat is removed from inside to outside through Mark 3. The principle of heat removal is the same as for the Mark 2. A hose located at the top of the tail section draws in outside air, which then flows through the condenser. The heat on the condenser is finally brought to the outside through the another hose at the tail.
How does the Mark 3 drain?
There is a pump inside the Mark 3 and a sensor placed in the tray. When a certain amount of water accumulates, it will drain automatically, eliminating the need to manually tilt it to drain.
How long does the battery last on a full charge?
2-7h for one Mark 3 battery, it depends on the running mode and the environment you are in.
How to power Mark 3 with ElecHive (no battery)
Connect a 24v-48v converter or the power adapter coming with the Mark 3.
Can the Mark 2 battery be used with Mark 3?
One Mark 2 battery can charge one Mark 3 battery at present. If you have two Mark 2 batteries, they can be used in series with a DlY cable to power the Mark 3 directly.
Does the heating function operate by means of a heat pump function or by resistance heating?
Mark 3 does not rely on inefficient resistance for heating; instead, it features a built-in compressor that enables the activation of the heat pump mode

When my generator arrived it had to ground wires that were not connected properly and hard hard to get too and the screws were stripped out. However, Bill the owner of Outbound Power took care of it got repaired and were up and running very efficient / good company to work with if you have an issue. to me this is the most important that they take care of the customer after the purchase if there is a problem. 😊

The EF power cable arrived in excellent condition and packaged in an anti-static bag. Hooked the power cable up and it’s been running as designed. I can rely on outbound power.com for all my EcoFlow and Anker and devices.
