The ACOPower Flexible RV Solar System is a complete off-grid power package built around ACOPower's 110W semi-flexible solar panels and 12V LiFePO4 lithium batteries. Each system includes the panels, an MPPT charge controller, a lithium battery bank, a pure sine wave inverter, a battery monitor, a switch, a fuse and the cables to connect it all.

Choose the battery bank and array that fit your rig. Systems with 200Ah or 300Ah of lithium storage use a 1500W inverter, and systems with 400Ah or 600Ah use a 3000W inverter. Arrays range from 220W to 660W. Because the panels weigh just 4.85 lbs each and are 0.12 inches thick, they suit curved van and bus roofs and rigs where weight matters.

110W Semi-Flexible Panels

Each panel produces 110W at 17.6V and 6.25A and can flex to follow a curved roof. Two to six panels are included depending on the option you choose, for 220W to 660W of solar.

LiFePO4 Lithium Battery Bank

ACOPower's 12V lithium iron phosphate batteries are rated for 100% depth of discharge, so nearly all of their capacity is usable. A 100Ah battery stores 1,280Wh and weighs 23.8 lbs, and a 200Ah battery stores 2,560Wh and weighs 48.94 lbs, far less than lead-acid batteries of the same capacity.

Pure Sine Wave Inverter

The 1500W inverter delivers 3000W of surge power, and the 3000W inverter delivers 6000W of surge, both with clean 120V AC output for electronics and appliances. Protection covers under-voltage, over-voltage, overload and short circuit.

MPPT Charge Controller

An ACOPower MPPT controller from 30A to 60A, matched to the array in each option, tracks the panels' maximum power point and includes lithium charging profiles.

Battery Monitor, Switch and Fuse

A battery monitor shows state of charge, a battery switch isolates the bank for service, and a 60A fuse protects the wiring.

Will It Charge While I Drive?
