The BLUETTI D40 DC-DC Battery Charger is a compact 12V, 30A charger built to pair with the BLUETTI AC200L power station. It charges a 12V house battery from the AC200L's 48V DC port, from solar panels or from your vehicle's starter battery, and it can also feed 12V appliances directly in load mode.

The D40 supports LiFePO4, AGM, gel, lead-acid and calcium batteries, with electronic protection and input-to-output isolation for safe charging in RVs, campers and boats. Clear indicators and simple controls show real-time charging status so you can manage your power at a glance.

BLUETTI D40 Features

400W of 12V DC Charging

The D40 delivers up to 400W at 12V and 30A to charge a house battery. When it is powered from an AC200L or another BLUETTI power station, output is limited to 20A.

Three Input Sources

Charge from the AC200L's 48V DC output (45V to 60V), from solar panels or from a 12V to 36V starter battery at up to 20A. Using your power station or solar to top off the house battery saves your vehicle's starter battery.

Works With Most 12V Battery Types

Charging profiles cover lead-acid and LiFePO4 at 14.4V max, AGM and gel at 14.7V max and calcium at 15.4V max, so it fits most existing RV and marine house batteries.

Load Mode for 12V Appliances

Paired with the AC200L, the D40 can supply 12V at 20A to run RV lights, pumps, fans and a 12V fridge without a separate converter.

House and Starter Battery Protection

Electronic protections and input-to-output isolation guard both your house battery and your starter battery against damage.

Quiet, Compact Design

The D40 weighs about 4.4 lbs, measures 9.2 x 7.1 x 2.7 inches and runs at 43 dB or less.
