The BLUETTI Fusion Box Bonds Two AC300, AC500, EP500 or EP500Pro Units for 240V Split-Phase Power
The BLUETTI Fusion Box connects two compatible BLUETTI power stations into one split-phase system, doubling the output voltage to 240V and combining their power and capacity. That lets you run 240V appliances such as well pumps, dryers and air conditioners along with your 120V loads.
Choose the version for your power stations. The AC300 and EP500Pro version (P030A) delivers up to 6,000W combined, the AC500 version up to 7,200W, and the EP500 version (BLUETTI model P020A) up to 4,000W.

240V Split-Phase Output
Bond two units and the Fusion Box outputs split-phase power at 120V and 240V for heavy-duty appliances and tools.
Combined Output by Model
Two AC300 or EP500Pro units reach up to 6,000W at 240V, two AC500 units reach up to 7,200W, and two EP500 units reach up to 4,000W. BLUETTI notes this system cannot reach 10,000W.
L14-30, TT-30 and Standard Outlets
The P030A provides a NEMA L14-30 outlet for 240V split-phase loads, a TT-30 RV outlet and standard 120V receptacles.
Simple Setup With Status Lights
Connect the two units with the included communication cable, plug their L14-30 outputs into the Fusion Box, and set one as Master and the other as Slave on the touchscreen. Both LEDs stay on when the split-phase system is connected correctly.
Real-World Applications
Home backup. Run 240V well pumps and appliances during an outage from two power stations.
RVs and job sites. Power 240V tools or an RV's TT-30 inlet from one combined system.
How It Compares to Common Alternatives
Versus a single power station. Most portable units provide only 120V. The Fusion Box combines two units for 240V and more total output.
Versus a home integration kit. A home integration kit connects your system to a sub panel. The Fusion Box creates portable split-phase outlets.
Is the Fusion Box the Right Fit
