The Rich Solar 30 Amp PWM Solar Charge Controller (RS-PWM30F) is a 12V flush-mount controller that handles up to 30A of solar panel current. It uses PWM and MOSFET charging with intelligent multi-stage control, supports flooded, AGM, GEL, calcium and lithium batteries, and is UL 1741 certified.
The controller mounts flush in a wall or cabinet panel, with a digital display and LED indicators that show charging parameters, battery settings and system status. It is designed for 12V panels with a normal input of 15V to 22V and a maximum open-circuit input of 25V, which makes it a natural fit for RV, camper, van and boat solar systems.
PWM charging with MOSFET switching delivers efficient, stable battery charging. Intelligent multi-stage control adjusts the charge as the battery fills, which helps extend battery life.
The controller works with flooded, AGM, GEL, calcium and lithium batteries. When a lithium battery's BMS has shut it off for protection, the controller can reactivate it automatically.

Versus the Rich Solar BRAVO AIR 30. The BRAVO AIR 30 is also a 30A, 12V flush-mount PWM controller, and it adds built-in Bluetooth monitoring through the RICH SOLAR app. Choose the RS-PWM30F if you only need the on-board display.
Versus an MPPT controller. An MPPT controller such as the Rich Solar BRAVO 30 accepts higher input voltages and converts surplus voltage into charging current. The RS-PWM30F is simpler and works well with 12V panels wired in parallel.
Versus the Rich Solar BRAVO LEGEND 30. The BRAVO LEGEND 30 adds 24V support and accepts up to 55V of solar input. The RS-PWM30F trades those for a clean flush-mount install on 12V systems.
