The Rich Solar MEGA 100 Slim SLX Monocrystalline Solar Panel is a slim, rigid 12V off-grid panel that delivers 100W from 30 monocrystalline cells with 10 busbars and up to 22.6% efficiency. It measures 56.7 x 15.8 x 1.2 inches and weighs 13.1 pounds, so it fits narrow strips of roof between fans, racks and hatches.
The panel is certified to UL 61730, IEC 61215 and CSA C22.2. Pre-attached 12 AWG leads, 3 ft each, with IP67 MC4 connectors and an IP67 junction box make wiring simple, and Rich Solar backs it with a 25-year output warranty.
The narrow 15.8 inch width maximizes roof space with a sleek profile that fits where a standard 100W panel will not.
The 30-cell layout uses 10-busbar monocrystalline cells with up to 22.6% efficiency. The 0 to +5W power tolerance means the panel delivers at least its rated 100W at standard test conditions.
The cells and 3.2 mm AR-coated tempered glass capture more sunlight on cloudy days and at dawn and dusk.
The cells are PID resistant and double EL inspected to prevent microcracks. Rich Solar also tests the panel for UV exposure, thermal cycling, humidity freeze and more.
The panel is rated for 5,400 Pa snow loads and 2,400 Pa wind loads. The IP67 junction box and connectors keep out dust and water, and the anodized aluminum frame is light, strong and corrosion resistant.
Twelve pre-drilled mounting holes fit Z brackets, tilt mounts, pole mounts and ground installs. The panel works with both on-grid and off-grid inverters.
Rich Solar backs the panel with a 25-year output warranty and a 10-year workmanship warranty. For MEGA Series panels, output is rated at more than 95% after 5 years, 90% after 10 years and 80% after 25 years.
