The SunGold Power 50A PV Breaker (NB1-C50A) is a 2-pole DC circuit breaker rated at 50 amps and 500V DC. It protects solar circuits from overcurrent and serves as a disconnect between the array and your inverter or charge controller.
SunGold uses 50A PV breakers in its larger off-grid kits, such as the 15kW and 18kW systems, where PV circuits carry more current.

Trips on overcurrent and can be reset once the fault is cleared.
